Hi everyone~welcome to my webpage!
My name is Cailee M. Nelson and I am a third year PhD student in the Educational Neuroscience Initiative of the Educational Psychology program at the University of Alabama. On this webpage you can find my contact information, research and education experience, full CV, and even a blog about my experiences as a graduate student.
My research interests revolve around learning and motivation and the neural correlates that are involved in special populations. Specifically, I am interested in investigating children with autism spectrum disorder and the neural mechanisms involved in their learning process. Outside of research, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, drinking coffee, playing volleyball and, of course, catching up on all my Netflix shows when time allows.
Thanks for checking it out!
Best,
Cailee
